SPECIAL NEEDS / ADA

The Bradley Center is an accessible facility with a variety of accommodations for guests with limited mobility and other special needs.

Each entrance to the Center is equipped with an electronic door opener operated by a touch pad.

Parking for guests with mobility limitations may be found in the Bradley Center parking structure at Sixth Street and Highland Avenue. These spaces are located on the first and third levels. Doors may be operated by electronic touch pads.

Oversized vehicles (more than 6'9" in height) with "disabled" license plates or stickers may park in designated spaces located north of Lobby A (access via Fourth Street). All guests using these spaces to park are required to follow the instructions of Bradley Center Parking Services personnel.

Two of the four Bradley Center Ticket Office windows open for daily sales are equipped with a "pass through" drawer system that is wheelchair accessible. Bradley Center Ticket Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturday 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m., Sunday and non-season hours vary.

The Center has a transmitter that allows patrons with hearing impairments to hear the home team's radio broadcast on 105.1 FM. Beltpack type radios with headsets are available free of charge; "teleloops" are also available. Any patron who wishes to bring his own radio may do so.

Sixteen platforms, located throughout the Center, accommodate wheelchairs and folding chairs, allow patrons with mobility limitations and guests to sit together. Seating is limited to two tickets per order. Seats, located next to these platforms, are also available on a limited basis. Tickets for most events are available at the Bradley Center. If you would like this seating for an Admirals game, please call the Milwaukee Office for Persons with Disabilities at (414) 278-3930.

Short-term parking is available at the northeast corner of the Bradley Center's property (Fourth Street north of Highland Avenue) for the purchase of tickets during regular business hours. Only the spaces parallel to Fourth Street with signage indicating this purpose are available for use.

All concession stands have counter space accessible for wheelchair approach.

Women's and Men's restrooms are located at all four corners of both the 200 and 400 Levels of the Center. All 28 restrooms have wheelchair accessible facilities. Couples requiring a "co-educational" lavatory may request use of the First Aid Room restroom located at the north end of the 200 Level.

All drinking fountains are wheelchair accessible. Drinking fountains are located on the concourse outside each restroom.

Limited wheelchair transport service to and from entrances to seating can be made available. If you would like this service, please call (414) 227-0797 to make advance arrangements.

Elevators for guests with mobility limitations are located in both the Inner East and Inner West Lobbies. Both elevators travel to all floors of the Center, and are staffed with operators during events. Controls are wheelchair accessible.

All telephones are wheelchair accessible. Public telephones are located at all four corners of both the 200 and 400 Levels, as well as the East and West Lobbies on the Service (Ground) Level.

If you would like additional information regarding accommodations for guests with disabilities, please call (414) 227-0797.
